It's a buzzy place where you can't take a long time to think about which flavour you'd like to order. Much better if you choose your ice cream flavour quickly. Available Flavours such as Asam, Lychee, Mango, Watermelon, red beans, pineapple, etc. Two flavours can be chosen per ice cream. However, I suggest y'all Mango and Watermelon. Enjoy your summer days with Yu Yu ice cream.

Bubur Cha Cha flavour is nice. You can ordered a mix flavour. They got red been, water melon, mango, bubur cha cha, Assam and so on... RM 3 per drink. Becareful when you drink as I found a straw pieces in the drink. The place is hot especially during lunch time.

RM 3 for a cup of ice cold shaved ice to quench your thirst on a hot day. With a couple of flavours to choose from, I highly recommend.

There’s something about the simple pleasures in life that hit differently, and Yuyu Ice No. 55 in Pandamaran is a prime example. Nestled between rows of other stalls, this humble spot serves a treat that instantly transports you back in time—yuyu ice, a traditional crushed ice dessert that carries the essence of nostalgia. It’s a bit like a Slurpee, but with a rougher texture that takes its time to fully melt, prolonging the experience of every sip. The stall offers six flavors: mango, lychee, asam boi, bubur chacha, watermelon, and red bean. I opted for three—lychee, asam boi, and mango. Lychee was my personal favorite, refreshing and mildly sweet with a delicate floral aroma. It had a lightness to it, making it incredibly satisfying under the blazing sun. Mango was another solid choice. It had a strong fruity aroma, rich but not overpowering, delivering a natural sweetness that felt tropical and indulgent. Asam boi, however, was a shock to the taste buds. While I expected a perfect balance of sour and salty, it leaned heavily towards saltiness. For someone who enjoys salty treats, this might be a winner, but for me, it was a bit too intense, especially in the scorching heat. With each sip, I felt transported to childhood days when time was slower, responsibilities were few, and the simplest things brought the greatest joy. The setting is as no-frills as it gets—plastic chairs, red foldable tables, and the bustling streets of Pandamaran providing a backdrop of constant motion. It’s hot, there’s little parking, and the seating isn’t meant for comfort. Yet, somehow, it adds to the charm. Sitting there, sipping my yuyu ice, I watched the world move around me—cars passing, people going about their day, conversations drifting from neighboring tables. It was a moment of surreal tranquility, where I felt almost camouflaged into the environment, as if time itself had momentarily paused. One of the unique things about yuyu ice is how slowly it melts. Unlike typical crushed ice drinks that turn into watery syrup within minutes, this one lingers, allowing you to savor it at a leisurely pace. It forces you to be present, to sit still, to enjoy the moment. At RM3 per cup, this is an experience that money can’t quite buy elsewhere. It’s not just about the drink itself but the feeling it evokes—the kind of joy that only nostalgia can bring. Would I go back? Absolutely. Not just for the lychee yuyu ice, but for the feeling of being momentarily removed from the rush of everyday life. This is not a place of luxury, nor is it meant to be. It’s raw, authentic, and unpolished—qualities that make it all the more special. If you’re looking for a taste of the past, a brief escape into simpler times, and a drink that makes you slow down and soak in the world around you, Yuyu Ice No. 55 in Pandamaran is worth a visit.

Highly recommended! Their shaved ice brings back the nostalgic “old-school” taste — pure, natural, and absolutely no artificial flavoring. You can really taste the fresh fruit juice in every sip! We tried all the flavors and loved every single one — especially the watermelon +plum combo, super refreshing and perfect for a hot day! And don’t miss their Bubur Chacha — rich coconut flavor and generous ingredients. If you’re a fan of authentic, natural flavors, this place is a must-try! Definitely will bring friends to visit this again! Just RM3 for each can mix flavor! Nice one

This stretch of eateries along jalan besar pandamaran hides alot of hidden gems. The stall beside this yuyu ice is famed for its claypot prawn noodle and fried lala chien. The food is good, I like the crispiness of the lala chien, but can't really taste the lala inside. The prawn noodle is not bad. For the yuyu ice, there is quite many flavours but most of it were sold out by the time I went there around 2.30pm. There were mangoes, red bean, watermelon, asam, pineapple and watermelon and I got pineapple. I would prefer if they use normal pineapple rather than pineapple in a can. Not as tangy as I hope and more to sweet taste as it is those sweeten pineapple from can. Perhaps should try their red bean flavour next time to know if it's good

Super affordable, only RM3 per cup and 8-10 flavours to choose from. Their watermelon Yu Yu ice is the best for me. It's also interesting and thoughtful to make the straw into a spoon haha
